We are seeking for telecommunication, fibre and broadband experts. The key objective in the function would see you guide new customers with installation, setup and troubleshooting enquiries.
About the function:
·         Attending to level 1 broadband technical queries
·         Customer liaison over the phone and email
·         Providing troubleshooting support
·         Offering of best solutions to customers
·         Internal & external liaison
About you:
·         Proven working practice in broadband and fibre support
·         Technical support practice
·         Working expertise in troubleshooting
·         Excellent and clear communication expertise
·         Previous practice within a phone located / contact centre work environment
·         Technologically savvy
·         capability to work across multiple platforms
