The function This position will be supporting the team with general administration. They want someone to come in full time Monday-Friday and will need to have great communication expertise as you will be dealing a with office administration in a busy environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication expertise, great at multitasking, and be able to organize their work using tools, like Excel, office equipment, and outlook. You will be responsible for answering phones, photocopying and filing as well as general administration support and reception tasks. Core expertise You should have great communication written and oral expertise and like to work in a busy environment where you will be kept busy You should have good organization and computer expertise with previous administration practice.
