This is very much a team environment, and you will be working closely with other staff this large boat to ensure excellent delivery of customer service and smooth sailing. this function is shift work and you will be working 40 hours a week either starting at 5am or 12pm and you need to be available for weekend work should your shift fall during these days. There will be downtime in this function whilst on the boat and they also offer career progression opportunities in the organisation. Core expertise You will ideally have previous customer service expertise however this is not a must. We are after candidates who have a good attitude and availability to learn. You will have excellent communication expertise and a strong customer focus. As you’ll be working in a fun and energetic team you will be someone who can have a bit of a laugh while also working well in a team.
