This is a full-time position. The function's primary purpose is the administration of grants and claim processes for Outward Sound and the Aotearoa Touring Programme and supporting the International Manager and the Aotearoa Touring Programme Manager. Thejob is for a person who is extremely organised withexcellent administration, interpersonal and time management expertise, and is proficient with spreadsheets and databases. They will enjoy working in a small team and have a great expertise of local music. The key responsibilities of the Music Contracts & Funding Co-Ordinator are: » Administration for the application, contract and claim processes for all grant recipients. » Communicating and advising grant recipients. » Following up with candidates. » Updating all significant documentation and keeping detailed databases. » Working with the Finance Manager on record keeping and claims. » Supporting the International Manager and Aotearoa Touring Programme Manager. The prosperous applicant will require the following essential expertise: » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise. » practice working with Microsoft Excel and Word for Mac. » A methodical, meticulous and excellent attention to detail. » A positive, enthusiastic attitude. » capability to self-manage tasks. » Aptitueto adhere to a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Attributes that would be useful in the function include being: » Comfortable working alone, as well as part of a small team » Analytical » Process orientated » Excellent time management and planning expertise » Comfortable with basic book keeping and accounts. Having practice with Airtable, Filemaker and Adobe Acrobat is a plus. An excellent expertise of local music and an interest in the music industry is essential.
