• Invoicing/accounts/customer/administration exper?
• Remuera with parking, great views and natural light
• Join small admin team, medically related but no patient contact 

The Employer
• Our client’s office is the support area for a group of private medical specialists. Thus you will not see patients (as no clinical activity here) but they provide varied support to their off-site Specialists (all Doctors in one particular field) and their clients
• This temp function is due to continued growth of the business and a permanent opportunity also exists
The opportunity
• You will join a small team of 5 staff, located at Reception (few visit) and all share any incoming calls which fluctuate from quiet to busy spells
• Be resolving Invoicing queries
• Pre-payment invoicing
• Checking and following up on specific billing instructions etc
• Debt collection assistance (no practice needed)
• Banking assistance
• Emailing and checking everyday lists to selected hospitals
• Obtaining Medical Notes when requested
• Formalising letters from anaesthetists for sending to patients/surgeons/GP’s
• Staff Meeting Minutes
• Processing credit card payments
• Ordering stationery/kitchen tasks
• Catering requirements (eg AGM) etc
• Any past office management, basic managery would be a plus, ie to supervise/monitor workflow
practice
• You will have all-round very solid past administration practice that includes basic practice with banking or accounting tasks (eg invoicing)
• An interest perhaps in the medical sector and be comfortable with some basic debtors (back up)
