The function This is an office-located function and is in place to provide triage/immediate support for clients. It’s a newly created function that’s been identified to support the Service Coordinator team; they’re often with clients – and these situations need action urgently. We are trailing this service over 4 months, but if it’s prosperous, like we’re expecting, Information technology could be extended or become a permanent position. Your day will include: » Respond to everyday calls that could involve incidents, queries or issues with medication and emergency situations » Follow up on current clients, particularly if they’re in hospital care » Supporting the Service Coordinators with ad hoc tasks relating to their client’s wellbeing » We expect this position to evolve as Information technology grows, expect variety The Ideal Person We require the following: » You must be a registered health professional – a nurse, physio, OT with a current practicing certificate » practice managing a busy caseload with an capability to think of your feet and remain calm under pressure » Be self-motivated, proactive and willing to pitch in and offer help where ever required This is a really compensateing position that requires lots of hard work, multi-tasking and problem solving.
