About the function
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing customer support for any Information technology queries and issues by phone or email. These services include service desk support and incident management for Ministry applications, hardware and software queries as well as handling requests for access to the Ministry’s applications/services.
To be prosperous in this function you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, believe that you can make a difference, and be bursting with a “can-do” attitude. Information technology goes without saying, communication, customer service and people expertise are your main strengths.
Our ideal candidate is Somebody with previous practice in a customer service/call-centre environment who is interested to learn, hard-working, and has a great sense of humour.

income range: $59,400.00 – $72,600.00
