Our Client is a family-owned flooring business with a reputation for delivering innovations in commercial flooring.
They help architects, designers, building contractors, to design sustainable and fit-for-purpose spaces with streamlined efficiency using our colour-rich, on-trend and flexible flooring products.
They are on the hunt for an Personal adjunct who has a background in project coordinaton, relocating to Parnell from Penrose soon the growth of the business and opening of new appointment only showroom.
About the function
In this function , you will provide commercial projects, executive and personal support to senior management. Working in close conjunction across the business to provide commercial support to this team. The key overarching strategy is to support the GM of Commercial NZ and the Commercial Senior Sales Team to allow them to achieve sales growth across all sectors of the commercial market nationally and allowing them to be in front of key customers.
This is a critical function within the team to ensure the smooth running of the operation by way of handling all administrative tasks for the commercial team and to keep the projects running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
This position would also be required to prepare for key customers and international suppliers in the showroom, along with highly detailed quotes for large projects and tender documentation
About You :
As the prosperous candidate for this function you must have :
• 2+ years’ practice in a supporting function to a management team.
• practice in Commercial Sales or Project Management
• You’re made for a high growth environment – you’re independent, fast paced, collaborative and flexible.
• knowledge of the commercial interiors industry or a passion and the love for design.
• Be enthusiastic, proactive customer relationship focused.
• Flexible with a can-do approach who can deliver and implement solutions
• Be able to do some customer relations which includes email and phone-located sales as well.
