Administrator - temp to permJob location:Wellington Porirua & Kapiti Coast Work Type: Temporary » » » »$25ph – 3 month temp to perm »Porirua located – Kenepuru (onsite parking) »Small office in a tight knit team The function In an office of 11 people you will be responsible to ensure the efficient receipt and processing of all customer orders on a everyday basis and provide general customer service. The hours will be 8:30am-5pm and you will be working in a very supportive team with great people. This will involve answering incoming calls, processing each customer order received, undertake printing work as required, assist with picking and packing of customer orders as required, unpacking of overseas and local orders, general dispatch and warehouse tasks as required and provide backup to the Operations Manager as necessary.
