This company supplies high quality health and beauty products around the world and have more than 12 global satellite offices focussed mainly in Southeast Asia, with key markets in Malaysia and Taiwan. The Project Lead reports to the CEO and will oversee projects to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget. The Project Lead will be involved in various projects including, but not limited to, new country launches and new product launches, and also looking at continuous improvement within the business. This is an exciting opportunity as the company is expanding into new markets throughout the world. »Project Management: » Manage projects, meet deliverables on time and within budget. » Identify and solve issues promptly. » Develop detailed project plans. » Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders. »Continuous Improvement: » Identify cost reduction and improvement opportunities. » Guide projects with clear objectives and risks. »Documentation and Reporting : » Complete project reports. » Support change controls and SOP updates. »Customer and Stakeholder Support: » Support critical events and requests. » Stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications and Experience: » Degree in business or related field. » 2-3 years experience in a multinational consumer products company. » Able to handle pressure and take accountability. » Manage multiple projects within deadlines. » Good communication skills.
