They have a constant flow of work as they are an essential business. This is the ideal situation for University students or people wanting a foot in the door within the food manufacturing industry. Because it is a weekly roster, you can pick up shifts based on your own availability. The more shifts you pick up, the more shifts will be offered. For those willing to put in the hard yards for full-time positions, we can provide set days and times. All training is provided on site! ABOUT THE ROLE: You will be an important part of a large team that is responsible for ensuring large quantities of bread is created, properly packed, and distributed around the country. Duties will include light to moderate lifting, food production, quality control of products, mental arithmetic/counting, packing products to order and some general factory cleaning as and when required.
