Release Train Engineer - Integrated Applications (Trains)

This is a great development opportunity for you to utilise your expertise and build a new expertiseet as a Release Train Engineer.
Previous practice within Production Support, Release, Development, Testing or Business Analysis would be a beneficial foundation to build on your expertiseet and achieve results, but not a must. To be prosperous in this function you will need to build strong relationships with technical teams including Scrum Masters, Developers, Testers and Technical Product Owners.
An adaptable and proactive approach is key. You will get the opportunity to influence and drive technical solutions that will drive goals.
You will be responsible for day to day delivery, running ceremonies, and making timely decisions with teams.
To be prosperous in the function you will also need the following expertise and attributes
   » practice with Agile Management tools and practices.
   » Able to collaborate prosperously in partnership with your peer on joint responsibilities.
   » knowledge of the key disciplines of a project and programme manager
   » Action orientated.
   » Familiarity with agile concepts and events.
   » capability to facilitate ART events - everyday stand up, cadence planning, retrospectives, risk workshops.
   » Problem resolution workshops.
   » Excellent negotiating, listening and interpersonal expertise, with practice in stakeholder and senior.
   » Management relations.
   » practice in owning risk, issue, defect registers and its management.
   » Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation expertise.
   » Happy to work with ambiguity and constant change.

income range: $124,872.00 – $187,308.00
