About the project:

The Process Specialist will work with a team of process SME's to review a business critical process end to end to understand how Information technology can streamlined,   review all process (primarily eliminate/simplify/redesign) and deliver the initial roll out to implement changes.

 About the function:
   » Listen to the business/customers to understand their needs, pain points and take their existing ideas
   » capability to map/dig into a process, identify and understand its purpose and value add, as well as the key issues that hinder this (process, people or Technology)
   » Engage with process SMEs and team to prioritise opportunities
   » Lead root cause analysis and come up with pragmatic solutions
   » Create a streamlined future state process and proposal on how to achieve this
   » Engage with the process teams and other stakeholders to buy into this and work with them to deliver the improvements
   » Coach and support team leaders/managers to embed the right behaviours/metrics to actively manage the process

   » 10 + years of practice in delivery of change and business transformation across primarily process and people
   » Process Mapping, Business Analyst
   » Change management
   » Project management
   » Business analysis
   » Taking people on the journey with you - capability to engage and empower is essential
   » Financial services practice ideal, transactional practice high regarded
