About the function:
   » This is a fast-paced, high volume function and you will be dealing with large invoice amount
   » You will be connecting with SME's and recovering outstanding funds on accounts
   » The team had a 99% recovery rate in 2020, and the mission of the team is to uphold this high standard
   »
Credit Control
   »
Accounts Receivable
   »
Monthly and weeklyInvoicing (external & Intercompany)
   »
Debt collection with weekly reporting
   »
everyday BankReconciliations
   »
Weekly / monthlyBalance Sheet Reconciliations
   »
Ensuring IRDCommitments are met (GST)
   »
Assisting inpreparation of month & yearend financial reporting
   »
Ad hoc reporting
About you:
   » You will have at least 3 years in Accounts Receivable with a proven success track record in credit control & debt collection practice
   » Previous Financial reporting practice - EOM and P&L Level
   » practice using Xero, MYOB, Connectwise and Quickbooks would be advantageous
   » You will have a professional, yet empathetic telephone manner
   » Must be able to handle queries and resolve matters in a fast and professional manner
   » Must be target and deadline driven
