We have clients working both within the public and private sectors, looking for exceptional Human Resources talent. expertise and practice • Previous practice in Human Resources in the private/public sector • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite • High levels of organisation and self-management • Capable of building valuable relationships internally and externally • A great eye for detail • Able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of discretion • Able to work with ambiguity • Maintain good working knowledge of current matters • Risk Management process To be prosperous in an HR function • 2+ years’ practice in a HR function or similar • A significant HR tertiary qualification and/or equivalent practice • Background in HRIS implementation • Thorough knowledge of employment legislation • Highly effective planning and organisational expertise • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership abilities, and communication expertise with the capability to influence at all levels of the organisation • Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practice with the capability to provide advice in areas such as employment relations, performance management, remuneration, change management, workforce planning, organisational development and employee engagement If you meet the above criteria, have eligibility to work in NZ and are available immediately, click apply now.
