Based in Mangere Bridge they are looking for a Brand Manager to grow their weight management category across all countries. This involves developing, implementing and managing market initiatives and campaigns including the setting of style guides, brand vision and value proposition. You would be responsible for: » Brand management - monitoring market trends, consumer markets and competitors activities » Organising product launches and promotions » Developing product sales strategies » Pricing based on forecast of sales and consumer reaction » New product development and releases » Update of marketing material, websites and digital resources » Continuous improvement - opportunities to evaluate current practices » Customer relationships You need to be: » Organised » Analytical » Strategic » Ability to demonstrate positively to development of systems and processes » A good troubleshooter » Experience in developing and marketing the weight management category » Have exposure working with multiple countries and cultures » Knowledgeable of marketing principles, brand and product management » Excellent communication skills » Skilled with social media and communication trends » Professional with presentations and facilitations » Fully vaxxed » A NZ Citizen or a Permanent Resident » Full NZ Drivers Licence » No criminal history You will be paid a competitive salary, and work with like-minded people who pride themselves on being innovative and passionate about what they do.
