This client organisation has a significant number of construction and facilities projects on the go and is seeking an practiced Senior Project Manager to handle the liaison between key stakeholders as the projects evolve. practice and Responsibilities We need someone who is a Senior Construction Project Manager, who understands the intricacies of complex commercial builds, remediation, and facilities management, and the importance of making sure the interactions between all parties runs smoothly, project timelines are adhered to and any issues are immediately rectified. Your broad practice in project management plus exposure to most aspects of construction and development work, means you're able to ensure things stay on track and results are achieved as planned. Because of the nature of the projects, achieving this is essential. About You You'll need practice in Construction Project and Facilities Management, preferably with some formal qualifications, and also be practiced in using the appropriate tools for tracking project progress. You'll need strong persuasive and clearcommunication expertise, both with the written word, as well as verbal. Your practice will be at a senior level in the commercial arena with large projects in the tens or hundreds of millions in value. You will understand the complexities of these larger projects and ensuring they run smoothly. The client is a stickler for detail, and has high expectations of performance, so you'll need to have the capability to impress from day one!! compensates On offer is an extremely generous hourly or everyday rate to ensure we attract the very best, due to the importance of the success of these ?builds?.
