The function

This is a newly created function within a non for prophet organisation. You will join a modern, exciting office. Your function will be engaging with stakeholders and account members face to face, as well as over the phone. You will ensure all questions are answered and their accounts are managed professionally, and needs are prioritised. You will have excellent customer service expertise and love talking to people.

tasks

• Retention of members accounts
• New member on-boarding and maintenance of current memberships
• Response to members, stakeholders and ensuring you are managing their needs professionally
• Administration tasks and Customer Service

expertise & practice

• 2+ years’ practice in account management/sales
• Highly motivated and achievement-orientated
• A great sense of humour and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication expertise
