We are looking for someone who loves to work in a team environment but can work just as effectively individually. A keen learner, we want someone who has a passion for delivering top quality customer service and is always on the lookout for opportunities for improvement. Below are the requirements for this role. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within a call centre environment is essential when applying for this position. The ability to work in a blended environment (working from home 2 days a week and working from site 3 days a week on a fixed roster) once completing 4 weeks on-site training is also on offer. Strong, clear and concise written and verbal communication is necessary for this role. Based in Otahuhu, you will be required to be on phones, handle emails, take livechats and complete daily tasks simultaneously. A team environment where coverage may be required so cross-training is also done against other parts of the team. A lot of daily tasks involve calculations and MS Excel workbook so it is essential that this is a strong skill for the chosen candidate. Hours: Monday to Friday, scheduled between 7.30am to 5pm (i.e. 7.30am to 4pm OR 8.30am to 5pm) The skills and experience we are looking for: » Administration and Customer Service experience in a busy environment (minimum 1 to 2 years proven experience) » A high level of attention to detail » Well-developed computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Excel is essential » Ability to establish rapport with customers as well as internal key stakeholders » Working through multiple tasks with a pro-active mind-set and knowing what tasks to prioritise » Managing your own work-flow » Numeracy skills to understand calculations is essential » Be able to work well in a team environment being confident and approachable What we have on offer: » Immediate start » Permanent full-time position offered after a temp assignment for the right candidate » On the job training, skills development and coaching » Working in a dynamic, challenging work environment with a dedicated tight knit team What Next?
