We do this through a wide variety of contracts and services with our largest service supporting people in homes. Following significant recent growth, Aspire is looking to appoint two Service Leads. These functions are integral to our leadership abilities team, and will be responsible for ensuring high quality service delivery for the people we support. To be prosperous in this function you will demonstrate the following: » Excellent verbal and written communication expertise » knowledge of strength located approaches, values located philosophies and person centred practice » Knowledge and practice working with health and social service providers » Proven capability building prosperous relationships at varying levels within the health and social service sectors and capability to interact well with people from all walks of life and to understand community requirements » Over five years leadership abilities practice » knowledge of funding/current health models and wider sector environment issues that may impact on the organisation.
