You will be responsible for responding to local board priorities by creating compelling programme opportunities that engage key communities / audiences and drive high levels of participation and recommendation. Day to day you will: » Lead the development, promotion and delivery of a range of practices - including classes, activations, events, programmes, tutorials, and other interventions » Monitor workflow and resources to ensure they are at adequate levels to enable the timely delivery of initiatives » Actively communicate and promote programmes, events and activations, as well as the Community Place/Hub unique range of services including via social media channels » Ensure our venues are safe, functional and welcoming places and provide exceptional customer service He k?rero m?u: About you We are seeking for individuals with approximately 3+ years proven practice in prosperously delivering community-located initiatives in diverse communities and are well versed in programme planning and project management methodologies. You are a confident multi-tasker, pragmatic with political nous and comfortable working in a complex environment. You are a strong communicator with advanced stakeholder management skills,an capability to build rapport with a wide variety of people and well-versed in using social media to promote and connect with communities.
