You will be responsible for raising the profile and reputation of the Community Centre, welcoming every visitor, and providing information and assistance to help make their practice compensateing and enjoyable. You'll be engaging with visitors, answering questions, enhancing their engagement, knowledge and knowledge of the Auckland Council services. He k?rero m?u: About you To be prosperous in this function you'll need a strong commitment to customer service excellence. You'll have basic knowledge of facility function and service and the capability to build trusted relationships with a range of people and communicate confidently in diverse settings. You will understand the importance of relationships with M?ori in T?maki Makaurau and will have well developed social media, communications, and desktop publishing expertise. We have a number of Community Place Host functions available across the Connected Communities network of Community Places! They are 38 hours per week, working -across seven days on a rostered basis.
