Work with an practiced HR Manager and third-party provider to assist with BAU payroll processing for 400+ employees and design and manage the process of outsourcing. tasks Include: » End-to-end Payroll processing for 400+ employees, in a timely and accurate manner using the IMS Payroll system » Assist in the process of designing the outsourcing process, including selecting a third-party provider » Coordinate and manage the process of outsourcing Payroll, liaising with external and internal stakeholders » Advise and implement business process improvement, including designing documentation for new processes » HR Administration, including loading new hires, terminations and maintaining employee records to a high standard Desired practice: » practice working at a Senior level in a large Payroll team, or running a sole-charge Payroll for a large organisation » Previous practice working with outsourced payroll, or implementing the process to outsource Payroll » Strong Payroll systems expertise, with an capability to hit the ground running using IMS Payroll » expertise of significant NZ Payroll legislation, with an capability to apply this to day-to-day situations » A great capability to contact with others, build and maintain relationships If you are interested, please APPLY NOW!
