Recovery adjunct – Hamilton:ACC_hainesJob description:Job DescriptionMultiple permanent opportunities» Provide excellent customer service to our injured clients » Make a difference to our clients’ lives as they work towards their recovery » Join an agile environment where no two days are the same! As a Recovery adjunct, you will proactively engage with our clients and support them through their recovery, using your excellent customer service expertise. You will have no problem engaging with clients regularly via phone and email, and be confident delivering exceptional service with every conversation. You will guide them to plan their rehabilitation, including any treatment and supports, and ensure they understand how we can help. You will be part of a team with shared responsibility for case management of a pool of customers. You will answer client queries and be allocated tasks to deliver the best next action for our clients. You will be working as a part of a supportive team who will help you lgain and grow in this function. The indicative base income sits at $57,938 and then additional to this we also provide ACC’s 9% superannuation contribution.
