Here is a great opportunity to support people, patients and wh?nau as a Consumer practice Coordinator in the Consumer practice Team. The opportunity | Ng? whakaritenga o te mahi Consumers' feedback is a taonga, and Information technology provides valuable information about what patients and service users practice when they are in the care of Te Toka Tumai (Auckland DHB) services. The Consumer practice Team exists to understand and measure patients' practices of care and treatment and communicate what matters to patients and wh?nau, to support person-centred care delivery. The Consumer practice Coordinators within the team are responsible for: » Communicating with staff across Te Toka Tumai about the feedback received from consumers and their wh?nau and the insights gained to support a consumer-centred care culture » Ensuring feedback classified as complaints are managed in a mana-enhancing way and in compliance with policy » Providing advice and support to staff about consumer engagement and involvement » Supporting equitable results for M?ori, Pacific, youth, LGBTQI+, discapability and all communities » Supporting the Consumer practice Team Manager to deliver actions from the Consumer Engagement and Involvement strategic plan » Living Auckland DHB's values of Haere Mai (welcome), Manaaki (respect), T?hono (together) and Angamua (aim high) Please click here for a fullposition description. About you | He k?rero m?u You will have practice working in customer-facing functions where you draw insights from raw consumer/customer data, including their stories and practices. Your written and verbal communication skills are second to none, you use MS Office, including Teams, fluently, and you are happy to lgain new office tech and apps if needs be. You demonstrate knowledge and knowledge of consumer feedback in the New Zealand public health sector. You bring networks and relationships with wha?nau, hapu?, iwi, Ma?ori organisations and Ma?ori communities and understand the significance of and obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
