This firm is known for its commitment to providing exceptional accounting and advisory services, fostering a collaborative work environment, and supporting professional growth. Role Overview: In this role, you'll be managing a portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting services, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting firm and be ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: » Preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documents. » Client relationship management, ensuring consistent client satisfaction. » Providing advisory services such as budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. » Assisting with audit processes and meeting all financial reporting deadlines. » Utilizing accounting software, including Xero and MYOB, to maintain accurate financial records. » Collaborating with the team to achieve firm objectives and deliver exceptional service. Qualifications and Skills: » Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Chartered Accounting firm. » CA or CPA qualification (or progress towards it) is preferred. » Strong knowledge of New Zealand accounting standards and tax regulations. » Proficiency in Xero and MYOB. » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. » Ability to work independently and as part of a team. » Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
