The Russell Bay of Islands Swordfish Club is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional bar manager. This is a full-time function working approximately 30 hours per week. More hours are available in summer and over tournaments and events. For the right candidate there is scope to increase the responsibilities and thus, also the hours. Must have proven practice in hospitality and the capability to work nights and weekends. To be prosperous in this function you must: • Ensure quality service and standards while delivering exceptional guest practice. • Proven food and beverage practice • Good command of the English language • Reliable and able to work alone (sole charge) and in a small team • Must not be reliant on ferry times to and from work – need to reside in Russell • NZ Resident or hold a valid NZ work visa • LCQ or Managers Certificate a plus • High level of personal presentation • References required For further details please email your CV and a cover letter Skills:
