We're currently on the search for a full time Customer Relationship Manager, located in our central Wellington office, reporting into the Marketing & Sales Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the heart of a national arts organisation, working closely with colleagues and customers whilst driving decision-making at a strategic level. In this function you will be responsible for managing the ticketing operation, leading CRM functionality, and supporting long-term strategy through data-driven insights. You will also have the opportunity to be innovative and support new ways of doing things as we look to continuously improve. Day-to-day you'll be responsible for: » Sales: Manage end-to-end sales pathway, from setting up technical ticketing builds to processing box-office sales » Ticketing Operations: Customer support, seating plans, ticketing policies, hold allocations and promotional offers » Relationship Management: contact with performing arts venues, ticketing agencies, internal stakeholders » Data Processing: manage systems for processing, storing, and reporting on customer data » Data Analysis: Manipulate data to identify patterns and provide strategic insight » CRM Management: Be an expert user and champion functionality of RNZB's CRM system (Tessitura) across the organisation » leadership abilities: Manage the Ticketing Coordinator Who and what are we looking for? » At least three years' practice in a customer facing sales function, preferably in the events industry or similar » practice of working with CRM or databases (Tessitura would be an advantage) » knowledge of data processing and analysis » Excellent interpersonal expertise » Strong problem-solving expertise and ?can-do' attitude » Attention to detail and a passion for customer service » A strong interest in the performing arts industry » Curious with an eagerness to learn, grow and continuously seek out improvements!
