About the opportunity: We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to run one of our temp desks in Christchurch. This is a warm desk, so you will be taking on an established client base from day one. As a Recruitment Consultant you will enjoy reaching out to candidates and clients alike. You will ensure our current clients are happy, while developing new client relationships. You will be tasked with conducting effective job briefings and needs analysis with clients to match them with the best possible talent for their requirements. You will also be responsible for providing the best care to our candidates. This will involve making sure our people are safe and happy on client sites and being their 'go to' for anything they need. For anyone joining the business, you will be providing fast and efficient customer service. Previous recruitment experience is not essential. Being passionate about helping others and focused on driving long term relationships will set you up for success!
