What Ever Information technology Takes Group is made up of a collective of companies established with the intent purpose of supporting M?ori Clinical models and practises to achieve Wh?nau ora, which is a major contemporary indigenous health initiative driven by M?ori cultural values. We are a kaupapa M?ori service provider that supports clients and wh?nau that have been affected by serious injury and nurtures their recovery with an emphasis on rehabilitation and family goals to support a holistic approach toward wellness. In addition, we serve to empower communities and extended families within the community context, rather than individuals within an institutional context.
What Ever Information technology Takes specialises in delivering culturally aligned clinical and care programmes through our Practise model – Ng?kau Purotu that encourages innovation and sets the standard by working as a collective with our group of companies and Charitable Trust. We have developed specialised training/learning modules to create pathways and workforce development for those with a passion to provide healthcare to wh?nau M?ori. We offer internships, leadership abilities programs and mentoring and we implement our programmes of care and rehabilitation through our proven practise model - Ngakau Purotu. Having an knowledge of tikanga M?ori, acknowledging the influence of manaakitanga and appreciating the importance of whanaungatanga in the journey to recovery is essential.

Regardless of the position you believe you are aligned to, you will demonstrate the capability to develop and establish supportive and collaborative relationships with those you work with, including clinicians, members of wh?nau and significant support networks and groups.Joining a growing ?centre of excellence' which caters for high needs, complex clients via clinical and therapeutic staff delivering through a cultural lens, may be a new concept for some but if you are seeking a different approach rather than a mainstream paradigm, our organisation has the track record that proves Information technology works, and works well on many levels.
Qualifications in health/social services, management, training and previous practice working within the functions outlined and the health sector are all highly desirable.
