Kia ora! We are seeking for a Te Rau Tautoko / Executive adjunct extraordinaire to join us for the long term. You will support the CEO and staff by covering administrative tasks, supporting kaupapa and projects while ensuring day to day office management. Your function is vital in supporting our team.
You will have practice in either office management, personal adjunct work and/or senior administration support, preferably at least 5 years' practice.
You will be practiced in running the day-to-day office tasks with excellent administration and organisational expertise. A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication expertise and the capability to demonstrate initiative. You will be diplomatic and discreet in approach. You will be able to work to deadlines and respond effectively and efficiently with the capability to manage a demanding workload at times.
Essential expertise and attributes include:
   » A can-do attitude and highly motivated.
   » Preference for candidates with local expertise of the Ng?ti Hine rohe.
   » capability to communicate in Te Reo M?ori will be a strong advantage and an appreciation of te ao M?ori.
   » A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the capability to prioritise to achieve prosperous results.
   » practice of day-to-day office management.
   » Exceptional interpersonal and communication expertise and excellent attention to detail.
   » Minute taking, report writing and meeting coordination practice.
   » Sound computer expertise.
   » Preferably practice with accounting software or bookkeeping systems.
   » capability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with others.
   » Full, clean driver's license.
The function will be located mainly in our Whangarei office, and you will be an integral part of supporting our mahi, within a great team with lots of exciting and interesting work.
