Be a part of the implementation team for Environment, Health and Safety programs for a well-established surface treatment business who are globally active but locally located. Our client Part of a larger organisation, my client work’s across several industries. They develop and manufacture tailor-made technology and system solutions for applied surface technology. So a Health and Safety Coordinator is essential! Responsibilities • Participate in the implementation of the clients Responsible Care Programs including EHS standards • Provide judgment and analytics on regulatory compliance and due diligence programs • Expedite and analyse workplace hazard Identification, risk assessment and control • Present recommendations to management • Prepare local documents • Coordinate EHS management system internal audits/review • Coordinate EHS training as required • Coordination of EHS projects About you • Previous EHS practice in the chemical industry or equivalent knowledge and practice in regulatory compliance • Great Communicator and team player • knowledge of New Zealand’s EHS regulations and legislative requirements is desirable but not essential Start the year off working for a great business and a small team where you will add value, if this sounds like you APPLY now.
