We are seeking a Dispatch coordinator to lead and manage a small team for our Retrofit Glazing side of the business based in Grenada North. For you: » Join our clients expanding Retrofit Team » Work alongside the best in their business » Career / Growth Opportunities » Permanent full-time position The Role: Leads and manages a small team to support the Glazing/Retrofit business units by coordinating the dispatch and delivery of glass products required to complete scheduled glazing jobs. Co-ordinate and organise the Glazing/Retrofit Area of the factory, to promote a safe and efficient base for the Glazing/Retrofit Department. Assign tasks to glazing dispatch drivers/Retrofit glaziers and ensure tasks are carried through to completion in a reasonable timeframe. » Implementation and management of inwards and outwards movement of glass and hardware » Management of rolling and month end stocktakes for glass and hardware » Maintain a clean and tidy Glazing Area and Store Room » Inspecting goods, clearly labelling packages and storing them in the correct area » Daily coordination of glass for glazing, with manufacturing from production to store area » Trucks loading the night before wherever possible for glaziers Candidate Specification: » Appropriate class full clean drivers licence » Ability to use hand tools and previous experience in handling glass » Customer service focus and the ability to build long term customer relationships » Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills » Willingness to learn and able to cope under pressure » Problem solving, decision making, creativity and innovation Secure and interview with me today by sending me your updated CV.
