Job Description

Reporting to our Chief Risk and Actuarial agent, you’ll be a trusted advisor contributing to our Group's overall success through the development and delivery of innovative strategic advice.
this function offers the right person a rare opportunity to hone their leadership abilities expertise across a range of professional disciplines. As a key member of our R&A leadership abilities team, you'll build trust through your partnership approach to collaboration, turn insight into action across the business and support the effectiveness of our Chief Risk and Actuarial agent. As you will be their key point of contact, you will cut through noise to quickly connect the dots, providing sound strategic advice and identifying risks and opportunities to maintain and grow confidence in the ACC Scheme.
Key accountabilities for the function include the following:
   » Providing strategic advice and support to the Chief Risk and Actuarial agent
   » Identifying risks, gaps, opportunities and designing and developing new strategies in partnership with the leadership abilities team
   » Leading and managing the Group's administration and support function
   » Driving innovation across ACC
   » Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders both internal and external
   » Translating and interpreting insights and turning into deliverables to support the success of the group
