You will be joining a team where we work to ensure the online safety of New Zealanders. Here you will get to work on projects such as our award-winning consciousness campaignKeep Information technology Real Online. About the function: In this function you will be part of a dedicated and focused team that delivers collaborative innovation and effective engagement to help ensure the online world is a safe place for everyone. The work you do will increase New Zealanders trust and confidence with the online environment and enhance New Zealand's international reputation. Your success in this function will be your capability to develop and manage effective and influential relationships across the digital safety system; delivering engagement initiatives to deepen sector knowledge and capcapability through collaboration; and championing innovation in everything you do. The scope of this function includes: » The capability to lead, prioritise and actively manage multiple work streams within tight time constraints » A high standard of verbal and written communication expertise - including strong attention to detail » An innovative mindset with the capability to effect change in a collaborative environment » Proven initiative and a proactive working style, with an eye on continuous improvement » Demonstrated practice in communications using a range of channels » Demonstrated influencing expertise and the capability build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders » Strong organisational and project delivery expertise to achieve and exceed business objectives and results » Self-motivation, drive, results orientation and the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment » Proven capability to develop a strong knowledge of external stakeholders' unique environments Preferred candidates will may be required to undergo psychometric profiling as part of our selection criteria.
