About the function He Aha Te T?ranga The key focus of the function of Existing Business Account Manager is to support the growth and retention of group schemes, and actively participate to create an environment, both internally and externally, which encourages our clients to become our advocates. You will be providing excellent proactive account management to group clients and advisers and supporting process improvement through education with your contacts. About you Ko Wai Koe You are a confident communicator and you enjoy working with multiple stakeholders. You ideally have previous account management or sales practice, and a proven capability to utilise your exceptional interpersonal expertise to enhance client relationships. Your expertise include: ป Proven problem-solving expertise. ป Excellent negotiation expertise. ป Highly developed time management expertise with the capability to effectively manage your workflow. ป The capability to work independently. ป You are a critical thinker who is able to assess gaps and find solutions. ป Advanced level computer expertise, including MS Office. ป As travel is a requirement of this function, and you will need the flexibility to travel all over NZ, assisting with projects, campaigns and events.
