Technology People Leader
As a Technology People Leader, you will be supporting a group of people with a broad and diverse range of skills and practice, ensuring they getthe support they require.
This opportunity is for a period of 6 months.
As a Technology People Leader, you will be responsible for
   » Being an advocate for people's safety, welfare, and health
   » Collaborating with other People Leaders and Technology Delivery Leads to develop workforce plans
   » Ensuring all required financial and people records are maintained for compliance and audit purposes
   » Leading and facilitating performance improvement processes for individualsskills you will bring to the function
   » Previous practice prosperously supporting large teams in a complex environment
   » An knowledge of technology capabilities and how they work prosperously to enable value delivery
   » Knowledge of Agile at an enterprise level and the function that each capcapability plays in a high performing team
   » Knowledge of recruitment processes and practices
   » An knowledge of the New Zealand Employment Relations environment
   » Strong leadership abilities and people management skills utilised in a changing environment
   » Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
   » High levels of resilience and adaptcapability
   » An eye for detail with strong prioritisation, organisation, and time management skills with capability to meet deadlines
   » The capability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
   » Intermediate Excel capabilities
   » practice in negotiating constructive results in complex environments with competing priorities
Not essential, however would be a bonus
   » An knowledge of financial management including invoicing
   » The capability and practice to collate data and provide the outcome to the required individuals
