About this function Springload is seeking a People practice Director to lead our people team and support the agency to recruit and develop top talent, help create diverse and inclusive teams, as well as grow and evolve the Springload culture. this function is for 32 hours per week. In this function you will be responsible for: » Coaching and mentoring across the agency as well as direct reports » Championing a culture that is diverse, inclusive and creates a sense of belonging. » Managing the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and exit practice within Springload. » Using your HR skills and expertise to design our people policies and agreements to reflect how our company is evolving. » Contributing to the development of people strategies through information, analysis, and recommendations that align with the organisational strategic direction. » Designing, implementing and evolving frameworks for our people and leaders. » Ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health in compliance with Health, Safety & Wellbeing policy, processes, procedures and benefits. » Ensuring your direct report(s) have individual performance measures and plans in place.
