   » Exciting permanent opportunity for a Production adjunct or comms or media practitioner or recent communications/media graduate to support the establishment of a new media platform.

We are seeking for aProduction and Communications adjunct to help make an exciting new IHC project work and to support the IHC comms team.
We are beginning a new media content project and want you in at the start. You'll work with the IHC Comms team who is also responsible for reputational and brand protection and internal and external comms for the IHC Group and its subsidiaries.
We are seeking someone who can schedule shoots, manage logistics, book locations, talent and crews. We work with people with intellectual disabilities and therefore being a stickler for detail and managing our media consent process is essential. You will have a flair for social media and also be keen to support our communications team and General Manager with administration. You will likely have your own practice creating digital content and will know what makes a good story.
That means:
   » Being personable and friendly - a good independent worker as well as great as part of a team
   » Being able to create engaging content or having a good expertise of how it's done
   » Having a reputational risk radar
   » Keeping a schedule of online events including and organising online presenters and attendees
   » Being able to complete general administration tasks such as making sure information is kept in the right place, version control, taking minutes and handling human resources information discretely.
You will have practice in production, communications, media or similar field or be an extraordinary graduate with practice in writing, editing and presenting information for a range of audiences. You will have practice in building relationships with senior management, staff and contractors.
