This is great opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s leading bathroom ware companies in an enjoyable and varied part time capacity sitting in the After Sales team of 4. You will be supporting the admin function of the Aftersales, as well as having the confidence to pick up the phone to customers and take on new expertise as you grow into your function.
 
You will join a hardworking and cohesive small team who respect one another and the position they hold in the overall continued success of the business; a function for someone who would prefer part time hours -and the flexibility to choose which suit you best. Ideally you’ll be in a position in time, to gradually increase these as growth opportunities arise, however for the foreseeable future this function will be part time in nature. The right amount of hours comes down to how you choose your week to play out. If you are working around a 25 hour expectation, this would be perfect.
 
You will:
   »  Have a pleasant team player mentality
   »  practice using Excel – to intermediate level ideally
   »  Enjoy working across a variety of administrative functions – some more repetitive, some less
   »  Have a curious mind and an interest to grow into other areas of the team
 
Your efficiency and communication expertise will be invaluable in this function. You will be supporting a small professional and friendly team of 4, creating spread sheets and collating reports, as well as being open to absorb new training and take on more of a wider knowledge of the After Sales team tasks.
 
everyday this function will see you being involved with customer interactions, working across various administrative tasks, and supporting the team in general ad hoc tasks.
 
Given this, you will need to have excellent communication expertise and most certainly offer a customer centric attitude and solutions focused mentality.
 
A great function for someone who highly values providing a knowledge located service to ensure excellent results and practices to all departments and investors.
