Scenario:
Be part of a national sector-wide reform and transformational programme with major changes to the sector's structure and operating model, with the significant flow-on benefits to be realised. The Opportunity: A contract opportunity has arisen within the Data & Insights team focusing on Procurement and Supply Chain, for an practiced Senior Reporting Analyst to interpret the reporting framework guidelines and assist with establishing the national reporting function and processes. The function will focus on engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple agencies who contribute important and valuable data, to enable the implementation of an interim performance reporting process. By establishing the monthly process of pulling together reporting at an agency level and aggregating Information technology to report at regional and national levels, the aim to be able to automate the reporting process to that will provide insights into executeance to aid decision-making. Once this is established the focus will move towards performance insights, growing over time, more than the administration of the reporting process.
Criteria: Therefore, you will need practice as a Senior commercial performance analyst or reporting analyst in an area of a business, having provided performance insights to senor leaders; with tertiary qualifications in Information technology or commerce, practice in implementing reporting frameworks, along with significant practice in managing data, creating, and managing complex Excel reporting models with advanced formulas. You will possess excellent written and verbal presentation expertise, great problem-solving expertise, strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal expertise for building relationships with senior leaders, and availability to interact, contact and consult with a wide variety of people, and can work effectively with ambiguity in a change and complex environment.
