This organisation is well known as a leader within its field. Your team will retain fleet vehicles for B2B companies. Guide your team as they provide day to day support. Cross selling other products to maximise the client’s practice. this function is the engine room of the business. We are seeking for a person who leads by example and is willing to lead a team of six in what can be a very fast paced and pressurised working environment.
 
The culture of the business has a "go getter" way about them, this is the way they do business and they people the hire. Its energy, drive and delivery. No matter what your function, they offer great benefits and are always looking to promote and progress the right people. You naturally need to be able to drive high customer service and lead your team in best practices allround. Driving a great culture is important. Some of the tasks comprise of, driving and delivery of metrics, managing and supporting the set-up of new clients to the portfolio, partnering with departments with the roll-out of new processes as well as leverage opportunities to drive growth. Relationship building is key, ensuring you retain your current clients, wow your new clients, and keep the integrity of the brand.

   » Consultative approach, looking at things with a strategic eye, able to cross sell as needed.
   » Growth and retention are front of mind
   » Adaptable in your work style, able to roll with punches
   » Take accountcapability for escalations
   » Open, natural style to lead your team and teach them to be the best they can be.
   » You will be dealing with a range of ages and stages, it's important to be able to contact with all types naturally and sincerely.
   » This is no simple product, you will enjoy knowledge complex contracts.
