Our client is proudly a New Zealand owned company that offers innovative business through energy and communication services that is suppled to homes and businesses across Australasia and the Pacific. They are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their contact centre in Middleton, Christchurch.

About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide a central point of contact for customer connection enquiries from commercial and residential customers where works are required to fulfil a connection requirement.

This role will ensure an excellent customer experience from their initial contact, through timely and accurate customer communication, and outstanding workflow management.

Look for ways to improve the customer experience by liaising with the wider team to identify dependencies or opportunities related to any new projects.

Be responsible for financial activities such invoicing, raising purchase orders and opening Projects in SAP.

Who we are looking for:
   » Proven track record of providing an outstanding customer (internal and external) experience through timely and accurate customer communication, and outstanding workflow management.
   » Knowledge of a construction, utilities or project environment would be advantageous
   » Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with a calm and professional demeanour
   » Experience of providing quality information and updating systems accurately and timely
   » Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP would be an advantage
   » 2+ years experience in Customer Service, Coordination or Administration
