Principal Adviser - Supply ChainJob location:Wellington All Wellington Work Type: Permanent » » » • Lead projects that shape the future of rail transport in New Zealand • Permanent function, Wellington CBD - $120k-150k • Small agile Ministry with the capability to make a real difference. The function You will be part of a high performing team working on a wide-ranging and high-profile programme covering funding and planning, system settings, stakeholder engagement, metro and inter-regional rail, freight policy, governance, monitoring and assurance, resilience, regulatory policy and safety. An opportunity to work on nationally significant projects representing the Ministry in negotiations with partners and stakeholders, and providing advice to ministers on the strategic direction for rail in New Zealand. Develop strategic direction for rail, review and refine rail system settings, Facilitate solutions to cross-cutting issues such as resilience, incorporating te ao M?ori into the work, and ensuring that the Government's investment into the rail network is achieving broader transport results.
