This broad and varied position will involve working across the Workplace Services Group at Te Tari Taiwhenua (DIA) to identify and manage support request fortheGroups' services.
As a Co-ordinator Workplace Services and Advice, you will be the initial contact for a range of general queries for the services offered by the group; your capability to use different tools and systems will enable you to effectively prioritise and deliver work to deadlines. Included in the day-to-day queries will be incident management issues. Your responsiveness and accuracy will ensure effective and timely management and/or escalation of incidents and requests alike. Attention to detail and promotion of best practice will help you to provide consistent quality service and advice to our customers.
You will demonstrate key expertise and attributes such as:
   » practice providing customer service through multiple channels
   » Drive to manage high volumes of requests while maintaining quality and timeliness
   » Strong communications expertise – both verbal and written
   » Strong interpersonal expertise to work collaboratively with a range of people and teams
