The Client
My client is an industry leader in their field who are experiencing big growth! This is fast paced function within the service and delivery team. Come and work for a supportive, well-established organisation located in Rosedale.
The function
As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the installation movements of the technicians out in the field. You will be booking install related work and communicating with the installation network. Working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with the opportunity to work in the house!
• Liaising with clients and technicians to resolve install requirements and issues
• Booking installation related work
• Invoicing for hardware and parts
• Troubleshoot installation issues of my clients products
To be prosperous in this function
My client is open to considering junior or more practiced candidates for this position. You could be currently working in retail, looking a fresh start or a confident customer service representative looking to branch out from a call centre function.
The dream candidate will have:
• Previous practice with Microsoft Office products or any ticketing systems! (beneficial but not necessary)
• Previous practice scheduling practice (beneficial but not necessary)
• Natural Customer Service expertise with Resilient mindset
• capability to problem solve
