Working at Te Tari Taiwhenua | Department of Internal Affairs, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of New Zealanders.
You will be working in the Accountcapability, Performance and Assurance team within Toi Hiranga | Regulation and Policy Branch. Your mahi will be leading the planning, reporting and accountcapability processes for Toi Hiranga. You will also be involved in projects and initiatives that uplift performance, culture and capcapability across the branch.
this function will give you the opportunity to engage with senior leaders, while working with a range of stakeholders to ensure advice is well informed and risk aware.
We are seeking for someone who can provide high quality advice to senior leaders on organisational non-financial and financial performance through their analytical and presentational expertise and who can improve our reporting systems. You will also be great at building andmaintaining strong relationships across the branch and with key stakeholders, as this will be integral to your mahi. significant practice with public sector accountcapability processes and in preparing briefings for Ministers and/or senior leadership abilities teams is required.
