The General Manager We are pursuing will be a practical, confident, inclusive, and practiced leader whohas a deep and caring desire for Youth Inspire's kaupapa and mahi and genuine passionabout creating opportunities for rangatahi. Reporting directly to the Board through the Chair, the General Manager will provide strategicleadership abilities and overall operational and team management. The General Manager will be responsible for the delivery of prosperous results forrangatahi with the support of a highly capable, dedicated and supportive team and Board. At a practical level, you will maintain and nurture relationships with key stakeholders andfunders and identify ways to engage and collaborate with cross-sector partners (such ascentral and local government, community groups, businesses, schools and education andtraining providers) to develop and deliver significant employment and education pathways forrangatahi. This is a diverse function which will draw on your leadership abilities, operational management, relationshipbuilding expertise, as well as your capability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. this function is permanent full time (40 hours) position located in Taita, Lower Hutt.
