This is a newly created position which has come about as a result of our ?Organising Ourselves' change programme and sits within our Organisational Performance business unit and wider Organisational Effectiveness group. This change now sees the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and the Planning and Performance teams coming together to deliver superior services to our organisation, customers and stakeholders.
this function will be a key position contributing to the design & delivery of systems and processes that make things easier for the business to do their jobs, and will enable us to provide quality assurance; and reporting to minister.

In a function where no two days are the same you will see yourself doing:
   » Drafting and collation of reports on behalf of Organisational Performance,
   » Supporting secretariates,
   » Administering the corporate policy system,
   » Coordinating internal work-squads,
   » Supporting the delivery of our annual report,
   » Creating systems that simplify/automate processes for our internal customers,
   » Relationship building with the team and internal contacts,
   » Last but not least, establishing your function and making Information technology your own

   » Exemplary written work - memos, cover sheets, narrative writing,
   » Attention to detail as a ?finisher' of important documentation,
   » capability to partner with others and build relationships,
   » Report analysis and summarisation,
   » Meeting agendas and minutes,
   » Machinery of government practice,
   » Use of all MS Office suite
Nice to have:
   » Agile environment practice,
   » Some Te Reo competency,
   » You may have come from a similar function like an EPMO or Planning and Perf function,
   » Some project coordination exp.

The expected appointing range for this function is $90,000 – $105,000 per annum.
